Today's full-day adventures begin in Jerash, a well-preserved Roman city known as the "Pompeii of the East." Explore landmarks like Hadrian’s Arch, the Hippodrome, the Forum, the Temple of Artemis with its towering columns, the Colonnaded Street (there are more than 1,000 columns standing in Jerash), and the Nymphaeum.
Then, we'll head back to Amman, stopping by the Amman Citadel, featuring Hercules Temple and the Umayyad Palace. We'll also visit the blue-domed King Abdullah Mosque, explore the Roman Amphitheater, vibrant downtown markets, the Archaeological Museum*, and Darat al Fnoun. You'll stroll along Rainbow Street, Al Wakalat Street, and Jabal Al Weibdeh, soaking in the city's culture and charm.
We'll finish the day at Beit Sitti, Jordan’s premier cook-and-dine experience. Here, we will learn to prepare a variety of seasonal Arabic dishes.
